This Privacy Policy explains how Edufii Ventures LLC ("[golfhackz]," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use [golfhackz] hub, our 1:1 coaching programs, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
Payment information — billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Content you provide — swing videos, photos, and messages you submit for coaching feedback.
Coaching information — your goals, playing history, and, if you choose to share it, injuries or physical limitations that affect how we coach you.
Phone and messaging data — your phone number and the text and voice messages you send your coach.
In-person session data — video and photos from sessions, launch monitor or simulator data, and booking and attendance records (dates, times, cancellations, and no-shows).
Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and device or browser information.
Communications — messages you send to support or coaching staff.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including coach review of your swing videos.
To schedule and run coaching sessions, track attendance, and answer your questions by text, voice message, or email.
To process payments and manage your membership or coaching program, including billing, installments, and renewals.
To communicate with you about your account, coaching feedback, and Service updates.
To monitor usage and improve content, features, and product decisions.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With payment processors to bill your membership or coaching program.
With coaches and staff who deliver your coaching feedback.
With a partner venue where you take in-person sessions, limited to what is needed to schedule and run your sessions, such as your name, booking times, and attendance. The venue handles its own information under its own policies, including information it collects from you directly at the venue.
With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, messaging, and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
With partner brands offering member-rate deals on tech, equipment, or training aids, but only with your permission at the time the offer is made.
If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of [golfhackz] or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.

Your swing videos and coaching content are never used for marketing or made public without your separate, express permission. We use injury or physical-limitation information only to coach you safely, and we do not use it for marketing.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described in Section 6.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request a copy of it. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you additional rights over your personal information:

Right to know — you can request what personal information we’ve collected about you and how it’s been used and shared.
Right to delete — you can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to correct — you can request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
No sale or sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
No discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

We use sensitive personal information, such as injury information you choose to share, only to provide the coaching you requested.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
