Terms of Service
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of [golfhackz] hub and any related products, memberships, coaching services, digital content, and communications (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Edufii Ventures LLC ("[golfhackz]," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership or Coaching Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
[golfhackz] hub is a paid membership that provides golf instruction content, remote coaching feedback, and related digital tools. [golfhackz] also sells 90-day 1:1 coaching programs, including programs delivered together with a partner venue. Section 20 covers those programs. Features, content, and pricing may change over time as described below.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and in-app notifications about your account, billing, coaching feedback, and Service updates. You may also opt in or out of marketing emails separately; transactional and account-related messages will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
4. Free Trial
Some offers include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the then-current price for the plan you selected, and your membership will continue on a recurring basis until cancelled.
5. Membership, Billing & Pricing
This Section applies to subscription memberships. Coaching Programs are paid for as described in Section 20.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period.
We may offer discounted "early adopter" pricing from time to time. Early adopter pricing reflects the rate in effect at signup and is not a lifetime guarantee. We may change our prices, including early adopter rates, at any time. If we increase the price on your plan, we will provide advance notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access through the end of that period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, including partial-month or partial-year refunds.
- Coaching Programs are covered by Section 20, including its refund rules.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of any swing videos, photos, or other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service to you, including coach review and feedback. We will not use Your Content for marketing, testimonials, or any public purpose without your separate, express permission.
8. User Submissions & Feedback
If you post in the member room, join a group call, respond to a survey, or otherwise send us feedback, suggestions, or comments ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those Submissions to operate, support, and improve the Service. Submissions are not the same as Your Content under Section 7: we will not publish a Submission publicly or in marketing without your separate, express permission, and you're free to keep participating without giving up ownership of what you post.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing your account with others outside your household, attempting to access another memberā€™s data, reverse-engineering our systems, or uploading unlawful or infringing content.
10. No Medical Advice & Assumption of Risk
Instruction, drills, and feedback provided through the Service are for informational and athletic-development purposes only and are not medical advice. Golf and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or swing-change program, and you assume all risk associated with your participation.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Improvement depends on individual effort, practice, physical ability, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific scoring, handicap, or performance outcomes.
12. Third-Party Products & Services
We may recommend, feature, or negotiate member pricing on third-party tech, equipment, training aids, or services ("Third-Party Products"). Third-Party Products are provided by their respective companies, not by us. We do our own diligence before featuring a Third-Party Product, but we donā€™t manufacture, control, or warrant them, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, pricing changes, or any transaction you enter into with that third party.
13. Intellectual Property
The [golfhackz] curriculum, frameworks, drills, video content, and branding are owned by Edufii Ventures LLC. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use this material for your own instruction. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast it.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [golfhackz] and Edufii Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [golfhackz] and Edufii Ventures LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneysā€™ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you post or submit, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time as described in Section 6.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
20. 1:1 Coaching Programs
This Section applies to the 90-day coaching programs we sell, including Eagle, Birdie, and any similar program, whether sold directly or together with a partner venue (each a "Coaching Program"). If this Section conflicts with another Section, this Section controls for Coaching Programs.
20.1 Term and plan features. Each Coaching Program lasts 90 days from your start date, which is the date you purchase unless we confirm a different date in writing. Your plan's features (such as remote check-ins, swing submissions, question access, and in-person hours) are the ones described on the sales page when you purchased. Features you do not use during the 90 days expire when the program ends and do not roll over.
20.2 Payment. You can pay in full or, where offered, in 3 installments. The installment plan splits the full program price into 3 payments, and you owe the full price. By choosing it, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause your access until it is paid. If you stop participating or cancel, any unpaid installments remain due.
20.3 No refunds. Coaching Program fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.
20.4 Extended remote coaching. If you finish your 90 days and are not satisfied, contact [email protected] and we will keep coaching you remotely for 30 more days at no extra charge. The extension is remote only and does not include more in-person hours. It is available once per Coaching Program.
20.5 In-person sessions. If your plan includes in-person hours, they take place at the partner venue named on your plan, in the 1 or 2 hour blocks your plan allows, subject to availability. In-person hours expire at the end of your 90 days. Unused hours are forfeited and are not refunded, credited, or extended. You can reschedule or cancel an in-person session with at least 48 hours' notice before the booked start time. If you cancel with less notice, or do not show up, the full booked block counts as used in-person time.
20.6 Partner venue. In-person sessions happen at a facility run by an independent business (the "Venue"). The Venue provides space and equipment, and we provide the coaching. The Venue is not responsible for coaching content or results, and its own rules apply while you are on its premises. You agree to follow them. We may ask you to sign a separate waiver or release before in-person sessions.
20.7 Response times. Response times we describe, such as replies within 24 hours, are goals we work toward. They are not a promise of a specific reply time. Travel, illness, holidays, or technical problems can cause delays.
20.8 Messages and recordings. Your plan may include questions by text, voice message, or in-app messaging. By giving us your phone number, you consent to receive texts and calls from your coach and us about your program. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. We may record or film coaching sessions and calls to create your swing breakdowns and Game Plan, and we will tell you before we record an in-person session. We use recordings as described in Section 7.
20.9 Health and fitness. Section 10 applies to every Coaching Program. You confirm that you are able to take part in golf instruction and any exercises we assign, you will tell your coach about injuries or physical limits, and you may stop any activity at any time.
