Terms of Service

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of [golfhackz] hub and any related products, memberships, coaching services, digital content, and communications (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Edufii Ventures LLC ("[golfhackz]," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

[golfhackz] hub is a paid membership that provides golf instruction content, remote coaching feedback, and related digital tools. Features, content, and pricing may change over time as described below.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and in-app notifications about your account, billing, coaching feedback, and Service updates. You may also opt in or out of marketing emails separately; transactional and account-related messages will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

4. Free Trial

Some offers include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the then-current price for the plan you selected, and your membership will continue on a recurring basis until cancelled.

5. Membership, Billing & Pricing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period.

We may offer discounted "early adopter" pricing from time to time. Early adopter pricing reflects the rate in effect at signup and is not a lifetime guarantee. We may change our prices, including early adopter rates, at any time. If we increase the price on your plan, we will provide advance notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access through the end of that period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, including partial-month or partial-year refunds.
• If you purchase a 90-Day Program or similar one-time coaching engagement, fees become non-refundable once coaching work has begun, except where required by law.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any swing videos, photos, or other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service to you, including coach review and feedback. We will not use Your Content for marketing, testimonials, or any public purpose without your separate, express permission.

8. User Submissions & Feedback

If you post in the member room, join a group call, respond to a survey, or otherwise send us feedback, suggestions, or comments ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those Submissions to operate, support, and improve the Service. Submissions are not the same as Your Content under Section 7: we will not publish a Submission publicly or in marketing without your separate, express permission, and you're free to keep participating without giving up ownership of what you post.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing your account with others outside your household, attempting to access another member’s data, reverse-engineering our systems, or uploading unlawful or infringing content.

10. No Medical Advice & Assumption of Risk

Instruction, drills, and feedback provided through the Service are for informational and athletic-development purposes only and are not medical advice. Golf and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or swing-change program, and you assume all risk associated with your participation.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Improvement depends on individual effort, practice, physical ability, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific scoring, handicap, or performance outcomes.

12. Third-Party Products & Services

We may recommend, feature, or negotiate member pricing on third-party tech, equipment, training aids, or services ("Third-Party Products"). Third-Party Products are provided by their respective companies, not by us. We do our own diligence before featuring a Third-Party Product, but we don’t manufacture, control, or warrant them, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, pricing changes, or any transaction you enter into with that third party.

13. Intellectual Property

The [golfhackz] curriculum, frameworks, drills, video content, and branding are owned by Edufii Ventures LLC. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use this material for your own instruction. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast it.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [golfhackz] and Edufii Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [golfhackz] and Edufii Ventures LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you post or submit, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time as described in Section 6.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
